Creating shortcut pastry from scratch, baking it in all kinds of sizes and shapes, inventing fillings – or sticking to well loved classics, is something I’ve always loved doing. It takes a bit of time and practice, but there is definitely a therapeutic aspect to the process. And it’s always worth it !
